Entrevista
You will have to endure at least three interviews with numerous people. You will be given several tests during the interview process. Then you'll have to write them a letter to explain why you want the job and how you are a "fit" for the job.

How would you handle a difficult customer, and have you had to do so in the past?
Had one interview which went well, then moved on to a second interview which also went well. After that I met with C-Suite executives for a third interview and then finally the last interview was with the CEO.
