Just when through my first background interview and it went pretty well, the recruiters are very friendly and wanting to help. Basically, they will ask about your background and your resume, ask you to describe what you have done in your projects and how confident are you in your coding skills. I interviewed with HR first. It was a phone call. The second round interview was a tech interview on Skype. Mostly basic technical questions on OOP and database. It didn't take long.
