Application began online on the jcrew.com website. About 2 - 3 weeks later, one is called in for an interview. Interview was semi-formal and held in the office of the manager at the retail store itself. Questions were easy and basic. Decision came a few days after.

Easy, phone call then in-person. You basically just answer personality questions and give basic experience to show you can interact with customers professionally. Then, they will detail what you can expect in terms of pay and work schedule.
