You are sat down with the pub manager and they will ask you what you know about the company, what experience you have and what you can bring to the team.
Fairly straight forward and similar to team leader interview. additional information required to know included audit scores and specific CQSMA scores. Also asked about previous experience with cash handling and kitchen work
