Entrevista
After submitting an online application and completing the numerical test, I was invited to the assessment centre (no telephone interview required). There were 12 candidates in total on the day. The order of events were: 2 interviews (both competency) with two different people, a group exercise where the scenario was a meeting to decide on something (individual reading of some info, then group discussion) and finally an individual presentation on the case study discussed in the group exercise with 30mins prep time.
The feedback I got was that I did well in both interviews but was not proactive enough in the group discussion and lost a bit of confidence when I delivered my presentation.

They gave a scenario where you had to review a manual process, and asked how you would go about doing that.
Hirevue was used for interview process. A bit impersonal but professional. I would say that they likely have thousands of applicants for each role and its important to take into account the culture and people who work at JP Morgan have certain ideals they uphold that you must adhere to.

What are the biggest challenges facing the financial services industry in the next five years?
After applying online, it took about two weeks to receive an hirevue interview offer. They gave me about 3 days to complete the hirevue interview. I was able to record my response unlimited times.

Entrevista
I applied online and was shortly prompted to do a recorded online video interview within about 7 days of my online application. It was very much set up for you to succeed. Allows two attempts per question.
