Awesome, interviews were pleasant, calm and fair. It felt like a conversation instead of an interview. It is usually split into two 30 minute interviews. Two people from 2 different JP Morgan firms. I had one from NYC and Delaware, being from NJ. I left knowing more than I walked in, even though I didn!t get it, their words inspired me. Depends who you get but they can be extremely open and warm. I'm honoured to have have the chance.

Hirevue was used for interview process. A bit impersonal but professional. I would say that they likely have thousands of applicants for each role and its important to take into account the culture and people who work at JP Morgan have certain ideals they uphold that you must adhere to.
