Entrevista
It was a group interview. So you go into a room and you're put around in a circle. You talk about yourselves a little bit. They ask you basic questions- previous employment, availability, ect the basics. Then you play with blocks and have to build a structure with the correct color you have 15 seconds to look at the image then try to recreate it working with your group. working well in a group is the main thing!!!! So talk to those that are being more quite,ask direct questions, try to get them more involved.Then you write and then read a paper and have to decide as a group whose is the best. then you do a role play on floor where you have 5-10 minutes to study a department then someone pretends to be a customer and ask for an outfit and you have to find it.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
