Applied to position, spoke with recruiter on phone, took skills/personality test. This was about an hour long detailed logic and math skills test. It was actually quite good -- if you already had banking and lending experience you should be able to do moderately well on the test. If you could not pass, then you should be looking at another field, in my opinion!. One on one interview with the local bank manager, interesting style of management - kind of like a dictator!!!! Did not hear back from them.
