Video interview- very user friendly and straight forward. I felt the time to answer was a bit short (1 minute, I would have loved another 30 seconds) but great experience overall.

First, I filled out an application. After I submitted it, I was contacted about a video interview. Shortly after I submitted it, I was asked to go in for an in-person interview. It was a 1 on 1 interview with a manager from the company.
