I was interviewed by 4 employees over approx 3.5 hours. First the person offering the position, then the head of the department, then a person that used to hold the position I was interviewing for, and finally the assistant corporate secretary who oversaw the work done by my manager. It was almost like interviewing for 4 jobs back to back as they all asked completely different questions. I wasn't at all sure leaving if I would be offered the position, but received a call almost 3 full weeks later.
