Met the District Manager at one of the stores in the Scranton area. Very relaxed conversation which lasted 90 minutes. We talked approximate salary, benefits, toured the store and discussed the hiring process. I was told I'd hear from his boss for another interview within two weeks. Three unanswered emails and as many phone calls later, I was finally able to speak to the interviewer and find out they were going in a different direction. No hard feelings there. However, the lack of professionalism and communication was distressing. A simple "we're sorry, but..." email after a week or two would have been appreciated.
