Met with managing partner once for about a half hour, spoke with HR person, and then got an offer via email (no actual letter). It helped that I knew a few of the associates there, but it was probably the simplest interview process I have ever experience. Oh, and I am still not on the website despite having worked there for nearly a year and a half.
