Initially contacted about potential interview but waited over two months until start of position. Poor communication and very difficult to sort out contract with HR and department manager. Interview difficulty was average.

Quick phone call. Then a face to face interview for 30 minutes. Fairly simple and easy going. General hr questions were asked. No technical questions were asked. Asked about experience
Required CV and cover letter, followed by in person interview. Prompt response following interview. Graduate Development Scheme also requires completion of only metric testing hosted by third party including judgement testing and approach to risk.
