Entrevista
Short phone interview followed by an in person interview less than two weeks later. Interview was held in a conference room with hiring manager and multiple senior technical personnel. General questions included 'Why do you want to work in this position for this company? How will you help this company? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?'.
Open discussion on regards to my education (bachelor and master) and the projects I involved in before with my previous company in the related fields and my daily activities in the various projects I participated in.

Il processo di selezione si articola in due step: il primo con il capo dipartimento molto colloquiale e conoscitivo, il secondo con il responsabile HR principalmente incentrato sulle aspettative lavorative.
Thought it was a good interview process based on situational tasks and lasted for approx 45 minutes. Found out successful very shortly after so positive experience. No technical interview for this role.
