Very easy, the manager asks basic questions about the hobbies and future goals, there is not much questions to be asked for a busser position. The interview process is suppose to be about one hour long but it never gets that long unless the manager is trying to kill time. The reason i know this is because i started as a busser and moved up to The Operations Manger. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company unless you are going for a General Manager Position. This is for Coastal Deli Inc. I wouldnt know how it is for Corporate.

The process was very short and easy. I applied online and they asked for an interview after a week or two. I showed up early for the interview and was in and out within half an hour. I interviewed with two different managers who asked very similar questions.

easy but nerve wracking for first job and they asked a lot of questions about me as a person and what the company stands for. Was told that you get a discount and can start helping out the company location packing for the grand opening

Interview was only around 15 minstrel. Right after it, I got the job and was asked how much I wanted to get payed but I was given a range of my pay, of course.
