Very straightforward process. I applied, they emailed me inviting me to come in for an interview. I had one in-person interview with the director of the school and was offered the job.

Principal not prepared. Principal does not know what he is doing. Principal cannot be successful. Principal shows favorites. Principal treats the office manager with respect, and she is the meanest staff in the building.
