I was referred to Jet by a current employee - I was phone screened by the hiring manager, then came in for a 2.5 hour interview block with 5 different employees, both directly in Search Marketing as well as outside of it. Jet was very transparent and quick about where I was in the interview process the entire time (in terms of interest in making an offer) and got in touch with me the next week to begin the offer process.
