It was really pleasant. The GM was very nice and helpful and genuinely cared about the job. The only 'issue' was having to memorize the menu but that isn't very hard and makes sense as a requirement.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
