Very loose. I filled an application and sent me on my way. I was told I would be called the next day, I didn't. I called the week after and was told they were not hiring because of work laws or something. I didn't really buy it.

I was not even asked any real interview questions, just how many hours was I available to work and if I was over 18. After answering both I started working there the very next day.

It was good. Really simple, basic behavioral questions, and my interviewer was extremely nice. Started off with basic introductions, then continued with questions asking me how I worked with other people, and how I would handle conflicts.

It did not go well. I gave the wrong answer to one of the questions, but the interviewer is very professional and young. He was trying to help me rephrase the question from time to time.
