Online application with some simple situational tests then group assessment where you are divided up into tables of 4 to introduce yourself and go through more situational exercises. I was in smart shirt and trousers, but most people where in suit and tie.

Long and tedious and the interviewer was not helpful at all. No career prospects in the role. Good organisation but just bad management to be honest. I was initially declined but because they were short on numbers they wanted to talk to me to see if I was up for the role.
