Interviewer was very freindly and asked questions that felt relevant to the job position. She started off asking me about my education background, and what I was doing now (as I am still a student). We then chatted about the job role and she asked me what I would do in certain scenarios.

Group task of producing a marketing campaign for a store item and selling to interviewers. Also individual interviews and store tour. Last at least 3 hours and must work in groups.

online test then group in-person interview, then immediately after one-on-one interview. just testing willingness to speak up and knowledge of services JL provides (gift wrapping, insurance, personal styling, etc) practice standard questions aswell - e.g tell me about yourself, describe a time you came up with a creative solution to a problem, basic stuff
