I went for interview at Gurugram office, i thought it would be F2F gentle discussion but I was disappointed with company selection process, selection process started with 30 MCQ questions, it was like, I had applied for software engineer and secondly, the person, HR appointed for discussion did not have single word with me, no HR was there, only security guard was aline for me, this is really Johnson Control company!!! A billion dollar company. I applied for Tech Lead, I was accepting interview on design patterns, depth discussion on C++, Unix. Even I have a capacity to design and develop code on the spot.

Long but but of awesome quality. Three tech round. Single day process. Well organized. Hr round took places same day. Interview panel is knowledge able and offer good level of comfort Round took place after long intervals. Carry some snacks as it's a whole day process. HR team was very responsive and supporting. Interview level is difficult prepare well
