Relaxed environment with managers from different departments. 30 minutes to an hour with you doing most of the talking. Have questions prepared about the company and as much information of the position being applied for.
Most of the process was video and phone calls with the manager and HR personnel. There’s nothing very technical about the interviews more so behavioral. They asked a lot about leadership which I found important and valuable as well

Entrevista
I applied thru JCI website and after 2 weeks I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was focused on behavioral questions. One week later, the second interview was scheduled and focused on behavioral questions as well. Then a week later a I received an offer.

I had 3 interviews , 2 of them on the phone and one in person and the first interview with the department manage , The second one by direct manger and last one with the region manager
