It was phone call with recruiter then hiring manager. Recruiter was easy. Basically looking for keywords that matched the JD. Hiring manager (from R&D, Comp. Bio stuff) went details into particular projects. At the end of the interview, they told me they already have candidates they were considering for hiring. So that part was pretty frustrating. Why do the dance, if you know you are going to hire someone else.

Smooth scheduling and people were easy to talk to. A standard presentation + lunch followed by multiple panel interviews with people onsite or remotely structure and ended up with speaking to hiring manager.
