Decsribe your experiences in the field which demonstrated what your character is like and how you would handle difficult situations
I was already in the role from a previous manager. There was really no interview. I had worked at the company previously in three other contract positions, so the manager who needed training help received a recommendation for me when my prior contract in another role was about to expire. Based on recommendations, and knowing me personally already, I really did not have an interview.
