I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. We scheduled a panel interview on that call. Panel interview had 4 team members with minimal structure. It was much more of a conversation where I had to work in stories. I heard back 3 days later that I had made it to the final round which was on site. I met with the client and toured the facility. I heard back the next day that they were sending an offer my way.
