Had a pretty tough interview but overall went really well. They ask a lot of technical questions so be prepared! Interviewers were nice and gave a good perspective on how it is to work there. Most of them had been there a long time.

Interview with HR, panel interview with 3 associates for 30 minutes each mainly technical questions about accruals and cash/accrual accounting, one last interview with directors of program for 30 minutes cover various behavioral questions like why hire you, tell me about yourself, etc.

Entrevista
Phone screen with hr, panel interview with 3 team members, final interview with 2 development managers. They ask what you know about JLL in the phone screen. Panel interview is very technical asking mainly about journal entries with accruals and prepaid expenses mixed with some non technical questions like strengths and weaknesses. I followed up with them multiple times and they still ghosted me after the final interview so don't expect to hear from them at all unless you are the top choice. Don't recommend. Definitely know bank reconciliations, journal entries under cash and accrual accounting.
