Received a call from the corporate recruiter for an interview over the phone. After the phone interview I went in to the office for a face to face interview. I received a call two weeks later with my offer. Simple and straight forward interview process.
It was well prepared, everything went smooth. The exercise was difficult for me, but it was more about checking my language skills. They gave me a sample lease agreement in Spanish and few questions to answer.
Easy, meet with 3-4 middle management types from the department who all ask you questions they obviously didn't write. Take a test afterward - rumor has it your performance on the test has nothing to do with whether you're offered.
