HR reached out to my via email and was provided time slots on when you would like to complete the assessment. The HR was very clear on how the process works and what are the stages. They have also provided resources on how to prepare for the assessment which were really helpful. The first stage was the online assessment. IQ questions, which is suprisingly difficult, not your typical IQ assessments. For technical, there were two questions one is programming questions and another one is SQL questions. I find the IQ questions was alot more difficult as compared to the technical questions.
Interview with hiring manager who is also a software engineer, besides qna, there is also a technical question to answer. Now proceeding to a second interview with CTO. Why need to be at least 30 words so unreasonable I just want to access zzz
