Overall the process was average. I had a phone interview which lasted for an hour. On the same day I received an email to set up a time for the first interview. I had my first interview 2 weeks after the phone call. My first interview was with 4 people, two from the department I was interviewing for, Including the manager and two from a different department. They asked standard questions. I received a second email for the second interview. On the email it said that I would be interviewed by a bar raiser who will ask me questions about the decisions I made in my personal life (such as why I had picked my major and College). I was preparing myself for these questions but when the time came, I was asked the similar question I had in the first interview. I also felt that the bar raiser kept asking the same questions but wording it differently, so I felt like I kept repeating myself. overall it was average and everyone was nice and attentive.

Standard interview process, but the rejection response was wishy-washy. The way the interviews were scheduled, almost daily, made me certain I had a good chance. Hindsight: Unsure if they were clear with the type of candidate they wanted.
