Entrevista
Going through the recruitment process at KPMG was difficult but rewarding, not many people can do it. First, prepare for an interview with a senior associate or manager. They typically look for someone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to business and how business is performed in America. They like to hear about previous work experience and how that plus education can translate into the KPMG work environment. Be personable, talk about school, your family, what you like to do, etc. Remember, they are looking at you to see if you are 1) trainable and 2) if they would feel comfortable presenting you to the client. Be yourself. Prepare for a rigorous and fast paced work environment. Write down a list of important questions to ask the interviewer. If you make it past this round of interviews you will go in for an office interview and meet a partner or two. Your hiring decision is in the partner's hands. Be yourself, be interested and be a motivated individual willing to do hard work.

I was never asked any technical questions, KPMG interviewers do not expect you to be too technical since you will receive technical training for your job. Difficult questions were always like, "What is your best accomplishment" "Tell us a time when you had to make an important decision and how it effected your future"

Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
