Multiple levels of interview by several managers, employed more than 9-years by KPMG. Phone interview followed by personal interview, by some stupid managers, who nether master the art of development nor the management.

- All technical to Microsoft.Net. This company is large and has solid customer base, by being blessed with big-4. The people and process has serious problem. The people take pride by paying Microsoft Consulting Services a hefty money, otherwise they are simply non-sense. All the best, if you succeed. 1 resposta

Thorough. Friendly. I met with the two national leaders fairly quickly, as they knew what they were looking forward. They were both very straightforward. They looked at me both from a skills standpoint, but also for overall fit within the culture.

Just had one of the worst interview experiences. Job posting was vague, and I thought, recruiter or phone screening with the hiring manager will clarify things about role/responsibilities. Recruiter was barely ever responsive, and did know nothing about the details about responsibilities etc. Finally, was scheduled for phone screening with 3 people and 1 didnt show up. One never said a word in the interview and the one who spoke the most asked very easy questions. Then I was shortlisted for in-person interview. The interview scheduling took 2 weeks, and again recruiter won't provide timely updates. During the interview, no one from the provided list of 4 showed up. Room had inadequate lighting, remote person could barely see anything from the whiteboard (actually glass,) and very easy questions were asked by the in-person people. They didnt even know who is the hiring manager, where will be the reporting site, and exact work responsibilities. It was a waste of all the time and efforts of 3-4 weeks.

Partner doesn't know what to ask. I am technically very savvy still he thinks I am good for audit job. My question is how the hell did you become a partner. If you are looking to hire, at least pretend to be interested in interviewing.

Entrevista
Phone interview, then face to face over video, then another phone. The teams were very open to questions and were able to explain the environment as much as possible without an NDA. Some Mis communication during second interview but they accepted the correction. All in all it was low pressure. Although I did not get this position due to lacking a particular skill, I will apply again when an opening arises.

Too Lengthy and they like to do thorough interview process before hiring, Good interview process and give you detail information about expectation from candidate. Long interview day. initial interview lasted for 3-4 hours and next interview was another 6 hours
