It was a panel interview with three nursing managers. It was about an hour in length and I did feel somewhat intimidated. It took three weeks to get a response which was very slow. I had to call several times to speak with someone.

panel interview, only required one interview and job offer made at that time one member of the panel was on his cell phone texting. Was flattered to be offered a job that same day, but after working there i see why..they were desperate and have a hard time keeping employees
