The first interview consists of a five minute presentation on a topic from your field. The presenter can use Powerpoint ,but the panel preferred a presentation without it . I did a Powerpoint presentation and printed the slides for the panels review. After the presentation, there was an informal interview. Many of the questions referred to cultural diversity and teaching strategies. The entire process took approximately thirty five minutes.
