The process at first was welcoming - I met with the recruiter, the hiring manager and, then two team members. They were all average interviews. I did my follow-up. Then, I did not hear anything from the recruiter. I followed-up and between the recruiter and hiring manager being out of the office . Finally I heard back and was told they have not made a decision and would need more time. It has been two months since the initial interviews and almost a month since I have heard from the recruiter. I had such a good feeling about this role and the people and was really disappointed to have been ghosted.
