Strange interview process -
It seems that they are keen to move candidates along rapidly without drilling in to your experience and what you can bring to the table.
For my second call with the recruiter, he read a list of statements and asked me to score them 1-4. An example - “how important is career progression to you?”..He didn’t pay any attention to my answers or the reasoning behind them. He just noted my answers and left numerous awkward silences… it was bizarre!
After completing 2 calls with the recruiter I had an on-site interview with 2 sales managers. Very nice people. It was very relaxed and conversational which was great but I don’t think they drilled in to my sales experience enough. It was clear that little prep had been put in on their side.
I was offered the role but declined as I was offered another role elsewhere.
Kaseya could be a great company once you’re setup and established but the sourcing and interview process was strange and impersonal.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
