The interview process was very thorough and allowed me to meet many key members of the team I would be joining. It was nothing out of the ordinary for this type of role - I expected a very in-depth process. From the get-go, expectations were made very clear, and I was given a very clear description of what my responsibilities would be.

Describe a scenario in which you had to think on your feet to resolve a conflict.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first step was to meet with the recruiter for the position for a general overview of what would be expected and the desired qualifications. If you make it through that round, you'll then have a couple more interviews with key decision makers for the role. The whole process took about a month (it was a bit prolonged due to a holiday).
