The interview went very well, and I managed to establish a good connection with the recruiter, who was very kind. However, after a few days, she informed me that I was not selected for the role. I then asked for feedback, but she never responded. Having real feedback would be very helpful for people like me who are going through interview processes, as it would allow us to better understand why we didn’t align well with the role or the company

how you dealt with difficult situations, etc.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
