The process was unprofessional to say the least. First interview via teams on a Wednesday was a no show with no apologies or any communication prior to the meeting. On the friday i was congratulated i passed to the next round during which they were late by 20 minutes. 3 rd round the manager started off with:” i had many meetings, i didnt prepare for this interview” and then 4 round they “invited” me to fly to dublin from italy with no expenses coverage at all and it’s not even the final round. 5 rounds for an account manager position. LOL

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
