One phone interview and one in-person interview. Phone interview was really just going over my resume and experience. In-person interview a week later. Most of the questions were situational as they pertain to previous real estate experience.

EASY! Did an online personality assessment and then went over the results to determine where I would fit best with KW. I heard from several top agents in a short period of time.

5 steps to interview one with each member of lead ship. Very over the top and took a week just for interviews some were over 2 hours long. Did not receive a y compensation for that time and training took. Full 90 days until I was able to receive any bonuses for deals. The salary was so low that without bonuses it was nearly impossible to survive on
