Set interviewer just asked me about my background education, working experiences and my skills how I would fit into this job and then the interviewer just introduced me to get to know more about the company and the job descriptions and the following process of getting into this company. What’s more the interviewer also, give me a heads up on what kind of tests the language test they will send me to finish.

The interviewer asked me about how I fit this role
There are three phases. First phase is phone interview and then is English and target language exam. They won’t be too difficult. All you need to worry is time limits.

2 rounds plus training period. In the training period you will learn how to respond. Then, another round of training in your specific language. The training period is paid as well for both rounds.

You get a phone call from a recruiter who asks you very basic questions. Then he informs you about the job. Then he sends you an email that has a link for the first test you will do. If you pass, you will do another test in your own language. If you pass, you will start a two weeks paid training. Then after that, you will do a medical test. If you pass, you will be ready for work.
