2 step interview procede
Background interview with a vero friendly environment. Second step is more technical to check how good the candidate would be in analysing a fund. Didn't make to the second stage but the interview process was very smooth and not intimidating.
phone interview, nothing crazy just asked about experience and why i had interest in the role. only got to first round so don’t know how rest of experience goes for others

Entrevista
Interview process was long and dragged out. The people I met were nice and HR was helpful but strangely impersonal. After a few phone interviews, I was then asked to complete an assignment and come in to the office to interview. After the interview, I was shuffled around for two other roles for which I had to complete additional assignments. All in all, the process took over a month and hours of scheduling, preparation and meetings.
