Good interviews with local management team, assistant GM, GM and Swiss owner over several dates. A job offer was made. Contract & acceptance letter signed and returned with a start date of 26th March 18. Further written communications asking me to cease my current contract as a self-employed consultant to a Turkish company. I duly complied with the request, having already accepted the Kern job offer. Further communications re company car and accommodation during the first week of the new job. CRISIS - Kern call 16 days later to retract the job offer!!!! What sort of morals and leadership is a play here??? Having conducted interviews over a month and made me an offer they stoop this low. At this point, it is impossible to reinstate my client contract. Disaster!!!!
