After working extremely hard to be one of the finalists in their Launchpad game in 2020, before the pandemic, the entire interview process was extremely unprofessional up until the very last interview. For my first interview, I was called 20 minutes late with no apology and no interview extension (to make up for the lost time). Also, on that note, the interviewer acted uninterested and had the wrong resume on file. Not sure how that happens for a global PR firm. Then, after having a panel interview, which went very well, I did not receive a single note from HR. While the pandemic struck, I emailed asking about the program being canceled and received nothing back. After three months of an interview process I heard nothing, which was extremely odd for a PR firm to have such bad PR, especially with one of their 'finalists.' Come the summer, I saw there was a bootcamp for finalists, though after not being invited to be one (and making it to the last round of interviews), I emailed asking for feedback. The HR rep who emailed me back claimed they called me three times and even 'left voicemails,' though I received nothing and this was clearly a lie. VERY poor PR for a PR firm after trying extremely hard for the position. Just a warning for anyone willing to dedicate a ton of time/hope, fingers crossed your process doesn't go the same way!
