Long & drawn out. They make you submit a 1 way video with pre screening questions, giving you instructions on lighting & appropriate attire. You submit & have to wait 2 weeks for them to advance to a phone interview with department manager. Then another 10 days for a 4 way Microsoft Teams interview. I wore a professional dress & simple gold chain while interviewers wore sweatshirts & hoodies. Despite all this & 7 yrs of New Home construction experience I didn't get the job. I guess if I wore a tank top I would've gotten the job. Age discrimination suspected. Took almost another week to send a cookie cutter rejection email.

Started off with the type of recorded interview. You get some practice rounds, but eventually are asked questions at random and you have a little time to prep before recording your answer. Personally, don't love this as an interviewee, but I suppose it helps narrow down the search for the company. Then eventually was able to interview with a person, their HR manager. It went very well and I felt pretty encouraged after speaking with her. But ultimately I did not get the position. They went with someone that had a lot more years of experience than I had.
