I was contacted by a recruiter who said he saw my "great" resume on Indeed. Had a phone interview. He said he had a position not far from my house and set up a f2f interview for 3 days later in his office. Said he would email a confirmation with his address and what to bring. Never received the email or a reply to my email to confirm. Waste of time.

I was first contacted by a 'Field Talent Qualification Specialist'. She wanted to know about my background. She set up a meeting with one of their staff for an interview. It went well. The questions started with what I would be willing to consider for a commute. Also, what kind of positions I would be interested in. Along with what I was expecting for compensation. I discussed my abilities and my plan for my career and what kind of job I was looking for. I received a call a bit more than a week later. It was a good option, but a bit lower than the compensation I was looking for. From my experience, it seems like a good option. They will put your resume through to one of their clients if they see a good fit. Then it seems like its an interview with an expectation that you'll likely get hired. Mostly they work on a temp to hire basis, but they say that their clients communicate to them what's temporary and what's temp-to-hire. I think that it's worth it. Nevertheless, wouldn't suggest anyone puts all their eggs in just the Kforce basket.

The interviewer was very professional. She described the position and company well. She listened to me explain my experience and how my strengths could benefit the company in this position. We discussed whether this particular position would be a perfect fit for my career path.
