Worst interview so far.The recruiter said he is going to follow up within three days it’s been almost a month . Ghosted complete he didn’t even respond my follow up. The company takes pride about the hiring process but the recruiter can’t follow up? Worst company
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
Easy casual conversation. They want to see that you're open to the lifestyle that comes with this type of role. Willing to relocate. And willing to work long hours. Good attitude
