Most unprofessional interview process I have ever gone through. Four rounds of interviews and completely ghosted for a month, then they tell me they are still making decisions so essentially leading me on. Only to get a phone call saying they don’t have any jobs.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
