Two rounds of interviews. First interview was typical behavioral questions. I was asked why they should hire me and to describe a challenging project I have done. The second interview had seven more in depth questions that used the STAR method and asked 'tell me about a time you...' questions. Both interviewers were very nice and encouraging. Got the interview from a career fair at my university. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and they used the STAR method to evaluate answers. After the interview, I was called with a verbal offer within a week and then an emailed offer shortly after.

The interview was very simple. Went on a tour of the facility, before being interviewed with typical questions, some based off of my resume. Great experience. The tour was very informative, and it was great to see the areas I would work instead of just being interviewed in a room the whole time. The manager interviewed me.
