This was an on campus interview the day after a career fair. They asked me to tell them about myself and then they started at the top of my resume and asked me about each thing I had listed. Then I got a chance to ask them questions.

The interview process for me has been consistent, starting with open interviews, interview with regional recruiter, and interview with office you're applying for. In my most recent job application, I attended open interviews, and in the follow up 2 weeks later dismissed me as a candidate for no indicated reason.
